Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier's features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You'll get a notification when approaching limits. Active drops that exceed your plan limit won't be deleted. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or existing drops expire.
We offer a 30-day refund on your first payment if DeadVault doesn't work for your practice. After that, we don't prorate cancellations. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
